- Pre heat the oven to 180c (fan 160c/gas mark 4)
- Slice the figs into quarters and place in a baking dish
- Sprinkle over the cinnamon and roast for 30 minutes
- Leave to cool and serve with some full fat greek yoghurt and granola or nuts and seeds
Roasted Figs with Yoghurt and Granola
Figs are packed full of fibre, vitamins and minerals and taste absolutely delicious when roasted and make perfect company for a bowl of greek yoghurt and granola for a scrummy breakfast, snack or pudding.
