- Warm the milk, cacao, cinnamon and coconut sugar in a saucepan over low to medium heat, give it a good whisk to mix the ingredients into the milk .
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!

What is winter without hot chocolate right? I use raw cacao instead of cocoa powder. Raw cacao contains an antioxidant called resveratrol, which helps protect the nervous system, reduces blood pressure, and boosts your mood producing phenylalanine – the same chemical produced when you fall in love!
