- Whizz all the ingredients apart from the raisins or cranberries in your blender or food-processor.
- Add to a mixing bowl and give it a good old squidge.
- Add the remaining dried fruit and pop in the fridge for 20 mins.

Raw Fig, Almond and Oat bites
A delicious and healthy sweet snack or on the go brekkie. No cooking required! All the girls in our house love these and the recipe takes no time to put together. The figs could be swapped out with a mixture of other dried fruit like apricots.
Ingredients
- 85g flaked almonds
- 150g jumbo oats
- 60g sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 300g drieg figs (use less if you don’t have a sweet tooth),
- 30g dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
